DPRD Tulungagung – Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono SE MSi, Senin (19/12), menghadiri prosesi kirab pusaka Kiai Upas. Kirab dilakukan dalam rangka pemindahan pusaka berupa tombak itu dari Dalem Kanjengan ke Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung.
Hadir dalam acara tersebut juga, Bupati Tulungagung, Syahri Mulyo SE MSi dan Wakil Bupati Tulungagung, Drs Maryoto Birowo MM. Selain Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahilah Mansyur MSi.
Pemindahan pusaka Tulungagung, tombak Kiai Upas, ke Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupetan Tulungagung yang bersebelahan dengan Dalem Kanjengan itu dilakukan setelah Pemkab Tulungagung menerima pemberian dari Keluarga RM Pringgo Kusumo yang selama ini merawat keberadaan tombak Kiai Upas.
Seusai acara, Supriyono kembali mengungkapkan persetujuannya untuk membeli aset Dalem Kanjengan. Karenanya, dia memandang pemindahan pusaka Tulungagung yang dilakukan saat ini sebenarnya tidaklah perlu jika Pemkab Tulungagung sudah melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak keluarga RM Pringgo Kusumo dalam pembelian aset Dalem Kanjengan.
“Yang terjadi kan sampai ini belum ada pembicaraan antara Pemkab Tulungagung dan DPRD. Saya belum tahu ada pembicaraan itu. Sebagai Ketua Dewan saya belum pernah diajak bicara,” paparnya.
Sedang Bupati Syahri Mulyo menyatakan kesiapan Pemkab Tulungagung dalam membeli aset Dalem Kanjengan selama dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan. Utamanya, soal harga.
“Kalau harganya terukur sesuai aturan, pemerintah daerah akan siapkan pembeliannya. Tetapi kalau permintaannya terlalu tinggi, tentu kita akan lepas tangan. Pada intinya pemerintah daerah siap untuk membeli aset Dalem Kanjengan sesuai aturan,” ujarnya.
Sejauh ini, lanjut Bupati Syahri Mulyo, belum ada pembicaraan dengan keluarga RM Pringgo Kusumo terkait besaran penjualan aset Dalem Kanjengan. Pemkab Tulungagung saat ini hanya menerima pemberian pusaka tombak Kiai Upas karena pihak keluarga sudah kewalahan untuk merawatnya.
Rencananya, jika aset Dalem Kanjengan sudah dibeli Pemkab Tulungagung, pusaka tombak Kiai Upas yang kini berada di Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung akan kembali dipindah ke Dalem Kanjengan.
Sementara itu, RM Mupangat Notokusumo, dari pihak keluarga RM Pringgo Kusumo, mengatakan belum ada pembicaraan soal harga penawaran aset dalem Kanjengan pada Pemkab Tulungagung. Dia mengatakan hanya pusaka tombak Kiai Upas yang diberikan pada Pemkab Tulungagung tanpa syarat apapun.
“Mengenai besaran harga penjualan Dalem Kanjengan belum ada perundingan dengan keluarga lainnya. Kami sebagai keluarga ingin tidak memberatkan kedua belah pihak,” jelasnya.
