Adib Makarim memimpin acara uji coba aplikasi e-ASMAT di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (22/11) siang.

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Aplikasi e-ASMAT (aspirasi masyarakat elektronik) saat ini sedang diuji coba oleh DPRD Tulungagung. Uji coba tersebut untuk sementara dilakukan hanya di kalangan Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung.

Sekretaris DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah Mansyur MSi, Jumat (22/11) siang, mengungkapkan uji coba e-ASMAT dilakukan agar saat digunakan oleh masyarakat tidak mengalami hambatan. “Saat ini untuk kalangan intern dulu. Diuji coba sistemnya apa sudah berjalan dengan baik atau belum,” ujarnya.

Budi Fatahillah yakin dengan penggunaan aplikasi e-ASMAT nantinya masyarakat akan dipermudah dalam melakukan penyampaian aspirasi dan pengaduan ke DPRD Tulungagung. Mereka lebih menghemat waktu dan tempat.

“Jadi  mempermudah waktu dan jarak. Tidak perlu repot lagi datang ke Kantor DPRD Tulungagung untuk permohonan hearing atau audiensi. Dari mana pun bisa. Dari rumah juga bisa tinggal buka aplikasi e-ASMAT,” tuturnya.

Hal yang sama dikatakan Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Adib Makarim MH ketika memimpin acara uji coba aplikasi e-ASMAT. Ia menyebut DPRD Tulungagung dengan penerapan e-ASMAT sudah melakukan lompatan menuju smart legislatif.

“Ini luar biasa. Sudah mengikuti zaman dan menjadi pilot project legislatif di Jawa Timur,” paparnya.

Menurut dia, masyarakat dipermudah dengan aplikasi e-ASMAT yang nantinya dapat diunduh di playstore untuk smartphone berbasis android dan di app store untuk yang berbasis IOS. “Ada jalan rusak, masyarakat tinggal lapor melalui e-ASMAT,” tandasnya.

Namun demikian, Adib Makarim berharap di aplikasi e-ASMAT ada filter sehingga tidak semua aduan bisa masuk. Semisal hanya warga yang melakukan aduan dengan identitas jelas yang akan ditindaklanjuti.

Tim IT DPRD Tulungagung saat menjelaskan sistem operasi e-ASMAT pada pimpinan dan staf Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung.

Uji coba yang berlangsung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung itu dilakukan oleh tim IT DPRD Tulungagung. Mereka mempraktikkan operasi aplikasi e-ASMAT, selain juga menyampaikan penjelasan pada pimpinan dan staf Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung terkait aplikasi e-ASMAT.

Adapun penyampaian aspirasi yang bisa disampaikan melalui e-ASMAT adalah permohonan hearing, permohonan audiensi dan pengaduan.
