DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Tim Pemkab Tulungagung, Senin (10/6), mendatangi Kantor Sekretariat DPRD (Setwan) Tulungagung. Mereka datang untuk melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) kehadiran ASN di hari pertama masuk kerja setelah libur panjang lebaran.

Kedatangan Tim Pemkab Tulungagung yang terdiri di antaranya dari Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD), Inspektorat dan Satpol PP Kabupaten Tulungagung ini diterima oleh Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahllah Mansyur MSi, setelah sebelumnya mereka melakukan pengecekan di Bagian Umum Setwan Tulungagung.

Kabid Pembinaan dan Pengadaan ASN BKD Kabupaten Tulungagung, Catur Hermono SH,yang memimpin sidak di Kantor Setwan Tulungagung mengungkapkan hasil sidak di kantor wakil rakyat tersebut hanya menemukan satu ASN yang tidak masuk kantor. Sedang yang lainnya masuk kantor dan langsung bekerja. “ASN yang tidak berada di tempat itu sedang tukar jaga,” ujarnya.

Hal yang sama dikatakan Budi Fatahillah. Menurut dia, ASN yang tidak berada di kantor Setwan saat sidak berlangsung adalah ASN yang bertugas sebagai penjaga malam.

“Ia kerjanya gantian (shift) dengan teman ASN lainnya. Nanti kami juga akan panggil ASN yang bersangkutan. Ini karena terkait kedisiplinan ASN,” tandasnya.

Namun demikian, lanjut Budi Fatahillah, ia patut berbangga juga karena ASN Setwan Tulungagung hampir semuanya masuk kantor pada hari pertama masuk kerja setelah liburan lebaran. “Kami ingin semua ASN Tulungagung Setwan dapat berdisiplin sesuai aturan yang ada,” terangnya.

Sebelumnya, Plt Bupati Tulungagung, Drs Maryoto Birowo MM, mengatakan ASN yang membolos pada hari pertama kerja pasca libur lebaran pantas diberikan sanksi tegas dan pemotongan TPP (tunjangan penambahan penghasilan). Apalagi libur lebaran berlangsung cukup panjang, yakni selama 10 hari.
