DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Wakil Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Imam Kambali SE MSi, meminta Gubernur Jatim, Dr Soekarwo, untuk melantik Pj Bupati Tulungagung yang baru setelah Dr Jarianto MSi mengakhiri masa tugasnya sebagai Pj Bupati Tulungagung pada Senin (6/8) pekan depan. Pj Bupati Tulungagung yang baru tersebut diharapkan dapat melakukan pelantikan pejabat eselon II, III dan IV yang kini banyak terjadi kekosongan di Pemkab Tulungagung.

“Harapan dari kami DPRD Tulungagung, Gubernur dapat melantik PJ Bupati Tulungagung yang baru setelah Pak Jarianto mengakhiri masa tugasnya sebagai Pj Bupati Tulungagung. Kalau kemudian yang mengganti Pak Jarianto hanya Plt atau Pjs Bupati itu kewenangannnya terbatas,” ujarnya di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (2/8).

Politisi asal Hanura ini menyatakan, jika sampai Gubernur Soekarwo hanya mengangkat Pjs atau Plt Bupati Tulungagung, maka dapat dipastikan lowongnya pejabat di 85 jabatan eselon II,III dan IV di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung baru akan terisi pada April 2019. Atau setelah enam bulan pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Tulungagung terpilih dilantik sebagai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Tulungagung periode 2018-2023.

“Jika ini yang terjadi kinerja di Pemkab Tulungagung tentu akan semakin terhambat. Saat ini saja sudat terhambat. Terlebih nanti jika sampai tahun 2019 dimana semakin banyak pejabat yang pensiun,” paparnya lagi.

Selanjutnya, Imam Kambali membeberkan relatif dekatnya masa akhir tugas Pj Bupati Jarianto membuat DPRD Tulungagung juga melakukan percepatan untuk menggelar rapat paripurna penetapan penggunaan anggaran tahun 2017. “Sesuai rencana rapat paripurna tersebut akan diadakan pada Senin (6/8) depan, tetapi Pak Jarianto pada hari itu sudah purnatugas, barusan dari rapat Badan Musyawarah (Bamus) telah diputuskan untuk mengajukan rapat paripurna pada Sabtu (4/8) malam,” terangnya.
