DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, menegaskan pembubaran UPT Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dikpora) Kabupaten Tulungagung di kecamatan-kecamatan harus disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 12 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Pembentukan dan Klasifikasi Cabang Dinas dan Kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah.

“Masalah pembubaran UPT Dinas Dikpora harus disesuaikan dengan permennya. Yakni Permendagri No. 12 Tahun 2017,” ujarnya seusai bersama pimpinan dan anggota Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung melakukan kunjungan ke Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional di Jakarta, Jumat (6/7).

Terkait pejabat dan staf yang kini menjalankan tugas di UPT di kecamatan-kecamatan tersebut, Mashud mengungkapkan akan masuk pada Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung jika dibubarkan. “Pejabatnya masuk pada dikpora kabupaten/kota,” terangnya.

Sesuai rencana, menurut politisi asal PKB ini, pembubaran UPT tingkat kecamatan Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung masih menunggu Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) Tulungagung. Dan dimungkinkan penerbitan Perbup tersebut tidak akan lama lagi.

Sebelumnya, Kepala Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung, Suharno SPd MPd, menyatakan kendati nantinya UPT di kecamatan Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung dibubarkan, tetapi bisa dibentuk koordinator pelayanan di tingkat kecamatan. “Pejabat koordinator ini merupakan pejabat fungsional,” tuturnya.
