Perlu Terobosan Hilangkan Calo Di RSUD

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Dugaan masih beroperasinya calo antrean loket pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung membuat Sekretaris Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung, H Fendy Yuniar M SE, prihatin. Ia menyatakan perlu ada terobosan dari manajemen RSUD dr Iskak untuk menghilangkan praktik percaloan itu.

“Harus ada langkah, terobosan dan tindakan yang konkret dalam menghilangkan praktik percaloan. Jangan sampai hal ini terus terjadi,” tandas Fendy Yuniar, Selasa (27/3).

Politisi asal PAN ini lantas mempertanyakan keberhasilan program SMS online yang salah satu tujuannya untuk menghilangkan praktik percaloan di loket pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung. “Apakah program SMS online tidak berjalan maksimal. Atau memang kurang sosialisasi,” tanyanya.

Fendy Yuniar menyatakan program SMS online sebenarnya merupakan program jitu agar pasien tidak banyak antre di loket pendaftaran. Pasien tinggal datang ke loket pendaftaran sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh operator SMS online ketika melakukan pendaftaran di program SMS online. “Mungkin saja masyarakat belum banyak tahu tentang SMS online sehingga masih banyak yang antre datang langsung ke RSUD dan ini memicu timbulnya praktik percaloan,” paparnya.

Selanjutnya Fendy Yuniar menyatakan diperlukan pengembangan pula terhadap program SMS online. Semisal dengan memperbanyak nomer SMS yang bisa untuk mendaftar bagi pasien rawat jalan. “Selama ini kan untuk SMS online cuma satu nomer dari operator seluler tertentu. Bagaimana kalau dengan nomer all operator. Ini tentu akan membuat lebih banyak lagi pasien yang akan mendaftar di SMS online tanpa ada gangguan karena nomer HP-nya lain operator,” paparnya lagi.

Lebihlanjut, Fendy Yuniar mengatakan masalah dugaan masih adanya calo di RSUD dr Iskak  menjadi catatan tersendiri dari Komisi C DPRD Tulungagung. Ia pun akan melakukan crosscheck terkait hal itu.
