Insentif Transport Guru Honorer SD Sebaiknya Tanpa Pajak

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung berharap pada tahun 2018, pemberian dana insentif transport bagi guru honorer SD tidak dibebani pembayaran pajak. Masalahnya, bantuan dana transport tersebut besarannya relatif kecil dan jika kemudian dipotong pajak kian akan mengurangi jumlah besaran dana yang diterima para guru honorer tersebut.

“Dengan besaran setiap bulan Rp 250.000 kemudian dipotong pajak 6 persen tentu yang kemudian diterima para guru honorer tambah kecil. Sebaiknya jangan sampai ada pemotongan pajak itu,” ujar Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Jumat (29/12).

Menurut dia, merupakan tugas Pemkab Tulungagung, utamanya Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Tulungagung untuk mencari solusi bagaimana agar bantauan dana transport bagi guru honorer SD itu tidak sampai terpotong pajak. “Mereka yang tahu bagaimana dalam mengelola keuangan,” ucapnya.

Soal dana insentif guru honorer SD selama tiga bulan yang rencananya baru diberikan Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dikpora) Kabupaten Tulungagung pada guru honorer pada hari ini, Jumat (29/12), menurut Mashud akan menjadi evaluasi dari Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung. Apalagi, BPKAD Tulungagung mengaku sudah melakukan transfer dana pada Dikpora Kabupaten Tulungagung pada Kamis (21/12) pekan lalu. “Ini menjadi catatan buat kami,” tandasnya.

Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, lanjut Mashud, berharap nantinya dalam pencairan dana transportasi bagi guru honorer SD pada tahun 2018 jangan sampai tertunda-tunda lagi. Bahkan kalau bisa tidak hanya sebatas Rp 250.000 setiap bulan, tetapi ada kenaikan sampai sama dengan upah minimum kabupaten (UMK).
