DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Asosiasi Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten/Kota Seluruh Indonesia (Asdeksi) Korda Jawa Timur (Jatim) menyelenggarakan Diskusi Tematik dan Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) di Bukit Daun Hotel and Resort Kota Kediri, Sabtu (4/11). Rakor berlangsung mulai Jumat (3/11) sampai Minggu (5/11).

Ketua Asdeksi Korda Jatim yang juga Sekretaris DPRD Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah Mansyur MSi, Sabtu (4/11), seusai acara pembukaan, mengungkapkan penyelenggaraan rakor untuk menyosialisaskan implementasi dari Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 18/2017 tentang Hak Keuangan dan Administrasi Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD. “PP No. 18/2017 ini merupakan PP yang relatif baru terbit. Karenanya, perlu disosialisasikan pada rakor kali ini,” ujarnya.

Budi Fatahillah selanjutnya mengatakan, selain membedah permasalahan terkait implementasi PP No. 18/2017, dalam rakor Asdeksi Korda Jatim yang juga mengundang pengurus DPN (Dewan Pengurus Nasional) Asdeksi dan Sekretariat Nasional Asdeksi, dibahas pula tentang permasalahan terkait pertanggungjawaban laporan kesekretariatan DPRD.

Acara Diskusi Tematik dan Rakor Asdeksi Korda Jatim dibuka oleh Ketua Umum DPN Asdeksi, Tri Puguh Priyadi SH MM. Ia dalam sambutannya mengapresiasi penyelenggaraan rakor yang dilakukan oleh Asdeksi Korda Jatim.

“Kami mengapresiasi  banyaknya peserta yang hadir dalam rakor yang diselenggarakan Asdeksi Korda Jatim. Ini yang terbanyak diikuti oleh peserta dibanding pelaksanaan rakor serupa yang diselenggarakan korda-korda lain di Indonesia,” ujarnya.

Hadir sebagai narasumber dalam cara tersebut, Kepala Perwakilan BPK RI di Surabaya, N Diva Mahendra dan Sekretaris Ditjen Bina Keuangan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Dr Moh. Ardian.

Menurut Budi Fatahilah yang juga menjabat sebagai Wakil Sekretaris DPN Asdeksi ini, hampir seluruh Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten/kota se-Jatim mengikuti acara rakor. Dari 38 Sekretaris dan staf Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten/Kota se-Jatim, hanya empat Sekretaris dan staf Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten/Kota yang berhalangan hadir.

“Bahkan dari catatan panitia rakor, yang hadir dalam acara Rakor Asdeksi Korda Jatim mencapai 200-an peserta. Selain peserta dari Jatim, kami pun mengundang pengurus DPN Asdeksi dan Sekretariat Nasional Asdeksi,” paparnya.

Rencananya, acara rakor akan diakhiri dengan diskusi tematik. Diskusi tersebut akan dilakukan pada Minggu (5/11) besok.
