Rapat Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung yang dipimpin Nurhamim saat membahas dua raperda bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung, Jumat (4/8) lalu.

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) I DPRD Tulungagung saat ini sedang berusaha mencantumkan honor bagi anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Demikian diungkapkan Ketua Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung, H Nurhamim SAg, Senin (7/8). “Kami akan berusaha memasukkan honor BPD di Perda yang raperdanya kini sedang kami bahas bersama eksekutif (Pemkab Tulungagung),” ujarnya.

Persoalan pencantuman honor bagi BPD ini, menurut dia, merupakan masalah yang krusial untuk menjadi pembahasan dalam Raperda tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Apalagi di aturan perundangan di atasnya belum tercantum.

Selain membahas terkait Raperda tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung, lanjut Nurhamim, juga membahas Reperda tentang Retribusi Pemeriksaan Alat Pemadam Kebakaran.

“Yang untuk Retribusi Pemeriksaan Alat Pemadam Kebakaran kami fokus pada hal-hal terkait pemasukan PAD (pendapatan asli daerah)-nya. Hitungannya bagaimana,” paparnya.

Pansus I DPRD Tulungagung telah melakukan pembahasan perdana dua raperda bersama Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung pada Jumat (4/8) lalu di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung. Saat itu, Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung dipimpin oleh Asisten I Sekda, Bambang Yanuarsono SH.

Nurhamim menyebut pembahasan lanjutan akan kembali dilakukan dalam waktu dekat dengan Tim Asistensi Pembahas Raperda Pemkab Tulungagung. “Kami ingin nanti lebih fokus lagi dalam membahas honor BPD, kemudian tunjangan operasional BPD, selain juga PAD dari retribusi pemeriksaan alat kebakaran,” tuturnya.
