PNS Tulungagung Layak Dapat Tunjangan Kinerja

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Fraksi Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) DPRD Tulungagung meminta Pemkab Tulungagung untuk lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan PNS. Mereka menilai sudah selayaknya PNS lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung saat ini mendapat tunjangan kinerja (tukin).

Sekretaris Fraksi Partai Gerindra, H Widodo Prasetyo SP MMA, Kamis (27/7), mengatakan sudah saatnya PNS lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung menikmati tukin sebagaimana PNS di daerah lain atau PNS Pusat. “Mereka (PNS lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung) sudah menjalankan tugas administrasi dan memenuhi layanan pada masyarakat,” ujarnya.

Keinginan Fraksi Partai Gerindra, lanjut Widodo Prasetyo, sudah pula disampaikan pada Bupati Tulungagung, Syahri Mulyo SE MSi saat Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung pada Senin (24/7) lalu. Yakni saat Fraksi Partai Gerindra menyampaikan padangan fraksi. “Kami Fraksi Gerindra mengimbau agar bupati dapat memberikan tukin pada PNS,” tuturnya.

Menurut politisi yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung ini, pemberian tukin pada PNS lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung diharapkan akan membuat kinerja PNS lebih baik lagi. Apalagi tahun 2018 mendatang komponen gaji PNS sudah harus menyertakan tukin.

“Jadi setidaknya Pemkab Tulungagung harus bersiap-siap dalam pemberian tukin. Syukur-syukur sebelum tahun 2018 sudah memberikan tukin pada PNS-nya,” paparnya.
