Keluarga Baru Bisa Manfaatkan Rusunawa

Supriyono bersama Bupati Syahri Mulyo, Budi Yuwono, Kuswardono dan anggota Forkopimda Tulungagung lainnya memencet tombol groundbreaking pembangunan rusunawa, Senin (3/4).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Supriyono SE MSi, berharap pembangunan rumah susun sederhana sewa (Rusunawa) di Desa Ringinpitu Kecamatan Kedungwaru nantinya dapat digunakan oleh keluarga yang baru menikah, selain juga PNS yang berpenghasilan rendah.

“Rusunawa memang diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang berpenghasilan rendah. Biar mereka bisa hidup mandiri,” ujarnya disela acara groundbreaking (peletakan batu pertama) rusunawa, Senin (3/4).

Dengan adanya rusunawa, lanjut dia, diharapkan tidak akan ada lagi warga yang tidak punya tempat tinggal. “Semuanya bisa punya tempat tinggal. Tidak lagi berjubel dengan orangtuanya,” katanya.

Di acara groundbreaking, Supriyono sempet memencet tombol tanda dilakukannya peletakan batu pertama pembangunan rusunawa. Ia memencet tombol bersama Bupati Tulungagung, Syahri Mulyo SE MSi, Direktur Rumah Susun Dirjen Penyediaan Perumahan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat RI, Ir Kuswardono MCP, anggota Komisi V DPR RI, Ir Budi Yuwono Dipl SE dan seluruh anggota Forkopimda Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Supriyono berharap pula pembangunan rusunawa nantinya dapat sesuai peruntukannya. Jangan sampai salah sasaran.

Begitupun yang disampaikan Bupati Syahri Mulyo. Ia berencana membentuk UPT untuk mengelola rusunawa. “Nanti setalah jadi bakal dibentuk UPT yang akan mengelola rusunawa. Bagi yang memang berhak menghuni tidak boleh memindahtangankan pada orang lain,” paparnya.

Sedang Budi Yuwono Budi Yuwono menyebut rusunawa diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan dibawah Rp 4 juta perbulan. “Sewanya murah. Bahkan ada kelengkapan furniture-nya juga. Jadi kalau pengantin baru tinggal masuk hanya bawa koper,” tuturnya sembari tertawa.

Pembangunan rusunawa di Tulungagung menelan anggaran Rp 18,25 miliar. Rencananya, ada 70 unit rumah tipe 36 di dalam rusunawa tersebut. Termasuk enam unit rumah yang diperuntukkan bagi kalangan difabel.
