Komisi A dan wakil dari Pemkab Tulungagung saat beraudiensi dengan LSM Bintara di Ruang Aspirasi, Rabu (1/2).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (1/2), melakukan audiensi dengan Lembaga Sosial Masyarakat Bintang Nusantara (LSM Bintara). Audiensi berlangsung di Ruang Aspirasi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

Hadir pula dalam acara audiensi itu wakil dari Pemkab Tulungagung. Di antaranya Kabag Pemerintahan Kabupaten Tulungagung, Drs Mundiyar, dan Camat Campurdarat, Drs Wahyu Setiya Praptana.

Ketua LSM Bintara, Dr.c R Moh Ali Sodik MPdI, mengatakan tujuan dari audiensi yang dimintakan lembaganya adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah di Desa Sawo dan Desa Gedangan Kecamatan Campurdarat yang sampai saat ini belum ada tindak lanjut dari Pemkab Tulungagung.

Ia meminta Pemkab Tulungagung segera menurunkan tim guna mendalami permasalahan di Desa Sawo dan Desa Gedangan serta memberikan sanksi kepada kepala desa di kedua desa tersebut karena dinilai telah melakukan pelanggaran perundangan yang berlaku.

Kasus yang menjadi permasalahan di Desa Sawo terkait pemberhentian perangkat desa (staf kaur umum) bernama Purwasih. Sedang di Desa Gedangan terkait vonis pidana PN Tulungagung dan PT Surabaya pada Sunyoto, kepala desa setempat.

Camat Campurdarat Wahyu Setiya Praptana menanggapi permintaan LSM Bintara menyatakan kasus di Desa Sawo sudah pernah dibahas bersama PPDI (Persatuan Perangkat Desa Indonesia) tahun 2014 silam. Hasilnya, Purwasih diminta untuk melayangkan gugatan ke PTUN jika tidak puas dengan putusan yang diambil Kepala Desa Sawo.

Begitu pun yang diungkapkan Kabag Pemerintahan, Mundiyar. Menurut dia, setiap warga diberi keleluasaan untuk melakukan penuntutan secara hukum jika merasa dirugikan. “Warga diberi keleluasaan untuk menuntut secara hukum,” tandasnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua Komisi A DPRD Tulungagung, Drs H Mashud, menyatakan Komisi A tidak bisa serta merta memberi rekomendasi terkait permasalahan yang diajukan LSM Bintara. Mereka terlebih dulu akan melakukan rapat intern sebelum memberi keputusan.

“Kami akan rapat dulu di komisi. Setelah kami bahas, nanti hasilnya akan kami serahkan pada LSM Bintara,” katanya.
