Anggota Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung melihat talud di Pantai Sine yang jebol diterjang tsunami, Kamis (26/1), pekan lalu.

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Jebolnya talud di Pantai Sine Kecamatan Kalidawir akibat terjangan tsunami pada tahun lalu menjadi perhatian tersendiri Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung. Mereka menginginkan talud tersebut kembali dibangun pada tahun ini.

Anggota Komisi B DPRD Tulunaggung, Drs Wiwik Triasmoro, Senin (30/1), mengungkapkan pembangunan talud di Pantai Sine tidak lagi dapat dibiayai oleh Pemkab Tulungagung karena kewenangannya sudah ada di Pemprov Jatim. Ia berharap Pemprov Jatim dapat membangun kembali talud yang telah rusak tersebut.

“Secepatnya kami dari Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung akan minta dukungan pada Pemprov Jatim untuk membangun kembali talud yang sudah jebol itu. Kami pun sudah melihat ke lokasi talud yang jebol,” ujarnya.

Menurut politisi asal PDI Perjuangan ini, Pemkab Tulungagung pada tahun 2016 lalu sempat menganggarkan dana APBD Tulungagung sebesar Rp 800 juta untuk rehabilitasi talud pembatas ombak di Pantai Sine. Namun karena pemberlakuan UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, dana tersebut hanya terserap empat persennya saja. “Akibat pemberlakuan UU No. 23/2014 itu kemudian usaha rehabilitasi talud terhenti sampai DED (Detail Engineering Design) saja. Sisa dana yang dianggarkan kembali ke APBD Tulungagung menjadi SILPA tahun 2016,” paparnya.

Selain minta dukungan pembangunan talud, Wiwik Triasmoro, menyebut Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung bakal pula meminta dukungan pembangunan breakwater (pemecah ombak/gelombang) pada Pemprov Jatim dan Pemerintah Pusat. Pembangunan breakwater itu juga berlokasi di Pantai Sine.

“Breakwater ini juga sempat mau dianggarkan pembangunannya oleh Pemerintah Pusat, tetapi karena berlaku UU No. 23/2014 kemudian urung dilakukan,” bebernya.

Karena itu, lanjut Wiwik Triasmoro, Komisi B DPRD Tulungagung akan segera meminta dukungan pembangunan talud dan breakwater di Pantai Sine tidak hanya pada Pemprov Jatim melalui Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jatim, tetapi juga pada Pemerintah Pusat (Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan RI).
