Tenaga Kontrak dan Honorer Datangi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Sejumlah tenaga kontrak dan honorer yang bekerja di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung mendatangi Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Kamis (14/2). Mereka meminta DPRD Tulungagung untuk menyetujui penyediaan anggaran bagi tenaga pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).

Kedatangan para tenaga kontrak bidang pertanian, peternakan, perkebunan dan guru honorer K2 tersebut belum dapat ditemui oleh pimpinan DPRD Tulungagung. Masalahnya, semua pimpinan dan komisi di DPRD Tulungagung sedang melakukan penyusunan naskah akademik (NA) rancangan peraturan daerah di luar kota Tulungagung.

Kasubag Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung, Susilowati SSos, yang menerima kedatangan mereka meminta para tenaga kontrak dan honorer untuk melengkapi berkas permohonan untuk menemui pimpinan DPRD Tulungagung. Masalahnya, mereka belum melakukan permohonan tersebut dan langsung mendatangi kantor DPRD Tulungagung.

“Jadi kami tunggu saat ini juga untuk membuat permohonan tertulis menemui pimpinan dewan, sehingga besok dapat beraudiensi dengan pimpinan dewan yang rencana sudah datang di Tulungagung,” paparnya.

Sebelumnya, Ketua Presidium Tenaga Kontrak dan Honorer Kabupaten Tulungagung, Timoer, mengungkapkan langsung mendatangi kantor dewan karena masa pendaftaran PPPK tahap pertama khusus tenaga kontrak dan honorer mendekati masa berakhir pada Minggu (17/2) mendatang. “Kami sudah terdesak oleh waktu (pendaftaran). Karenanya kami langsung datang ke sini (DPRD Tulungagung) agar ada respon cepat dari DPRD,” ujarnya.

Menurut Timoer, Kabupaten Tulungagung merupakan satu-satunya Pemkab di Jatim yang belum membuka lowongan PPPK. Dan untuk membuka lowongan tersebut harus ada persetujuan bersama antara Pemkab Tulungagung dan DPRD Tulungagung.

“Hal ini terkait penganggaran PPPK yang di daerah harus ditanggung pemerintah daerah masing-masing. Secara prinsip Pemkab Tulungagung melalui Kepala BKD dan Sekda bahkan Plt Bupati Tulungagung sudah menyetujui. Tinggal DPRD yang belum,” tuturnya.

Ia berharap DPRD Tulungagung dapat pula menyetujui penganggaran untuk PPPK, sehingga 113 tenaga kontrak dan honore guru K2 dapat mendaftar dan diterima sebagai tenaga PPPK di lingkup Pemkab Tulungagung. “Yang jelas kami sudah punya pengalaman kerja dan dulu juga direkrut oleh pemerintah pusat. Kami bukan tenaga kontrak atau honorer titipan,” tandasnya.
