DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Pimpinan dan anggota Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Tulungagung, Selasa (10/12), melakukan kunjungan kerja ke DPRD Kota Banjarmasin. Kunjungan ini untuk studi banding terkait penyederhaan perda seperti yang diintruksikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo.

Rombangan Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung yang dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Tulungagung, Samsul Huda SAg MPd ini diterima oleh anggota Bapemperda DPRD Kota Banjarmasin dari Fraksi PKS, Awan Subarkah, di Ruang Komisi I Kantor DPRD Kota Banjarmasin.

Menurut Samsul Huda di Kota Banjarmasin dalam rangka mendukung upaya konsep hukum perundang-undangan yang disebut Omnibus Law tersebut pada tahun 2020 sudah akan melakukan penyederhanaan perda. Di antaranya dengan menggabung perda-perda tentang pajak.
