Supriyono menerima berkas raperda inisiatif Pemkab Tulungagung dari Pjs Bupati Tulungagung Jarianto yang akan dibahas pada masa sidang II tahun sidang IV, Senin (9/4)

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Delapan fraksi di DPRD Tulungagung menyetujui penetapan enam Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda). Penetapan perda yang pembahasanya dilakukan pada masa sidang I tahun sidang IV tersebut diselenggarakan dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tulungagung dan berlangsung di Ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Senin (9/4).

Selain menetapkan enam perda dalam rapat paripurna ini juga disampaikan raperda yang akan dibahas pada masa sidang II tahun sidang IV (Januari-April 2018).

Adapun enam perda yang baru ditetapkan itu masing-masing adalah, Perda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor  4 Tahun 2017 tentang Perangkat Desa, Perda tentang Pelayanan Publik, Perda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor  28 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengendalian Ternak Sapi dan Kerbau Betina Produktif, Perda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor  9 Tahun 2009 tentang Perusahaan Daerah Aneka Usaha,Perda tentang Nama Jalan dan Perda tentang Pengelolaan Retribusi Limbah Cair.

Sedang raperda yang diserahkan untuk dibahas pada masa sidang II tahun sidang IV yang merupakan inisiatif DPRD Tulungagung adalah Raperda tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Perda Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang Kepala Desa, Raperda tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan, Raperda tentang Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat  dan Raperda tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Sementara raperda inisiatif dari Pemkab Tulungagung adalah Raperda tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas Perda Nomor 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan dan Penyelenggaraan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Tulungagung.

Kendati menyetujui untuk menjadikan enam raperda menjadi perda, semua fraksi di DPRD Tulungagung melalui juru bicaranya masing-masing, yakni Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, Fraksi Gerindra, Fraksi PKB, Fraksi Hanura, Fraksi Golkar, Fraksi PAN, Fraksi Demokrat dan Fraksi Semangat Baru tetap memberikan catatan-catatan pada Pjs Bupati Tulungagung untuk ditindaklanjuti.

Hadir dalam rapat paripurna yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Tulungagung, Suriyono SE MSi ini, selain para pimpinan dan anggota dewan Tulungagung, juga dari Pemkab Tulungagung. Di antaranya Pjs Bupati Tulungagung, Dr Jarianto MSi serta Sekda Tulungagung, Ir Indra Fauzi MM.

Dalam sambutannya, Jarianto berharap enam raperda yang telah ditetapkan menjadi perda tidak hanya menjadi bacaan diatas kertas dan ompong. “Kita harus konsisten menindaklanjuti bersama dengan tujuan menyejahterakan rakyat. Apalagi semua perda itu adalah perda pelayanan,” tuturnya.
