Faruuq Tri Fauzi sesaat sebelum berangkat menuju Jawa Barat di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (22/11).

DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) II DPRD Tulungagung juga mulai melakukan pembahasan raperda yang akan diselesaikan pada masa sidang I tahun sidang IV. Mereka pun melakukan studi banding ke Provinsi Jawa Barat guna menyempurnakan raperda yang akan dibahas yakni, Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor  28 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengendalian Ternak Sapi dan Kerbau Betina Produktif.

“Dengan studi banding ini dimungkinkan ada solusi yang terbaik untuk diterapkan di Tulungagung,” ujar Ketua Pansus II DPRD Tulungagung, Faruuq Tri Fauzi, MPdI, sesaat sebelum berangkat ke Provinsi Jawa Barat di Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Rabu (22/11).

Menurut dia, selain studi banding ke Pemprov Jawa Barat, Pansus II DPRD Tulungagung akan juga mengunjungi Lembang. “Di Lembang ada semacam laboratorium untuk peternakan sapi yang sangat erat hubungannya dengan pembahasan raperda,” katanya.

Selanjutnya, politisi asal PKS ini mengungkapkan pembahasan Raperda tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung Nomor  28 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengendalian Ternak Sapi dan Kerbau Betina Produktif untuk menjaga dan melindungi proses perkembangbiakan sapi di Tulungagung. “Yang ingin kami tekankan, bagaimana masyarakat tetap bisa meinkmati daging sapi, tetapi tidak merusak keberlajutan populasi sapi,” tuturnya.

Soal pelibatan Babinkantibmas dan Babinsa dalam pengendalian ternak sapi dan kerbau betina, Faruuq menyatakan hal itu masih wacana. “Memang ada usulan dari sebagian anggota dewan. Nanti kita sampaikan saat studi banding di Jawa Barat. Apakah hal itu boleh?. Dan jika boleh seperti apa?,” paparnya.
