DPRD TULUNGAGUNG – Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Tulungagung, Drs Budi Fatahillah Mansyur MSi, menerima kunjungan kerja dari Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bangkalan, Kamis (6/4).
Kedatangan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bangkalan yang dipimpin langsung Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Bangkalan, AK Setiadjit SH MH ini, bertujuan untuk saling tukar menukar informasi terkait peningkatan kapasitas kesekretariatan DPRD. Utamanya, bidang kehumasan dan keprotokolan serta penyusunan LAKIP (Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah).
Budi Fatahillah Mansyur yang saat menerima kedatangan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bangkalan ditemani Kasubag Humas dan Protokol, Susilowati SSos, mengungkapkan saat ini hubungan antara DPRD Tulungagung dan wartawan di Tulungagung sudah relatif sangat baik. “Wartawan merupakan mitra kerja kami,” ujarnya.
Dalam menjalan protokoler kesekretariatan, lanjut Budi Fatahillah Mansyur yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Asosiasi Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten/Kota se- Indonesia (Asdeksi) Korda Jatim ini, DPRD Tulungagung pun terus menjaga dan menerapkan SOP (Standart Operating Procedure) yang telah ditetapkan.
“Penyampaian aspirasi masyarakat ke Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, termasuk permintaan audiensi, semua ada SOP-nya. Kesekretariatan membuat SOP sesuai dengan kebijakan ketua atau pimpinan DPRD,” paparnya.
Penerapan SOP dilakukan untuk semua kegiatan yang terselenggara di DPRD Tulungagung. Tak terkecuali pelaksanaan rapat paripurna dewan.
Sementara itu terkait SAKIP (Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah) dan LAKIP DPRD Tulungagung, Budi Fatahillah Mansyur menyebut Sekretariat DPRD Tulungagung sudah mendapat nilai BB+. Itu artinya sudah mendekati nilai A. “Nilai SAKIP dan LAKIP yang baik merupakan penunjang bagi pemerintah daerah untuk mendapatkan DID (Dana Insentif Daerah) setelah mendapat opini WTP dari BPK RI,” terangnya.
